The ULTIMO has a 5.2-inch (132 mm) blade, approximately 1.92 inches (49 mm) wide and 4 mm thick. The forged stainless-steel blade has a hammered texture.
Hand wash after use, dry thoroughly and store in a dry place. Put the sheath on only after the blade is dry. Use a suitable cutting board and sharpen as needed.
