Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beer (preferably a light beer)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions
