WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Please allow 1-4 Business Days for your order to be dispatched. (up to 2 days during holiday season)

  • Standard Delivery Time is 4–15 business days (USA/UK/Canada/Australia/NEWZ/EU)*

Note: Black Friday / Christmas season is the busiest thus unexpected delays are expected in dispatching and shipping your orders. info@thecavemanstyle.com.

 

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. The Cavemanstyle does not hold any responsibility for orders not being delivered due to the undeliverable address provided at checkout. If an undeliverable address is provided at checkout, the order might not be delivered to the desired address and all costs will be covered by the buyer. If a customer noticed an error in the shipping address after the checkout, it is his responsibility to inform Caveman Style about the change in a window of 24h after an order has been placed at info@thecavemanstyle.com.

 


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck or lost during the delivery process, we apologise! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.



Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email, providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!
