How to cook Smoky St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs
1. Season pork ribs with your favorite rub. Keith uses  Savoury Smokehouse Rub.
2. Smoke over charcoal with hickory chunks on the grill for 5 hours.
3. Â Baste ribs with smoked lard and wrapp in butcher paper
4. Place back on the grill until 200 internal.
5. Sauce ribs with LG Pepper Garlic BBQ Sauce.
6. Serve!
