Smothered Pork Chops ingredients:
• 3-4 lbs of pork chops
• Seasoning
• 1 onion diced
• 8 oz pack of mushrooms sliced
• 1 shallot sliced
• 2 tbs minced garlic
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• milk
• Worcestershire
• flour
How to Cook Smothered Pork Chops
1. Start off by seasoning pork chops with Tony’s. Next, lightly coach each side in flour.
2. Lightly brown each side of the pork chops in a skillet with butter. Remove from skillet.
3. Add veggies into skillet and cook until browned. Add Worcestershire and garlic. Cook for another minute.
4. Add cream of mushroom soup. Save the can and add 2 cans of milk. Season to taste with more Tony’s.
5. Return pork chops to skillet with sauce. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until pork is cooked thoroughly.
