America's biggest holiday is coming and table is literally up on the table. There are many ways to prepare your turkey but there is one step that should never be skipped - brining your Turkey.
Brining is the process of soaking your protein with any liquid solution from water to apple juice with spices, salt, and other seasoning for a period of time. Brining not only infuses more flavor but also tenderizes the meat.Â
For turkey, we have to brine them before cooking to give it more moisture resulting to moist and extra juicy when cooked perfectly.
How to brine turkey

What you need
- 18-24lbs of completely thawed turkey
- Â 1 big container like cooler or large pot with cover
- 1 big plastic bag if you're using a cooler
- 1 gallon of water
- aromatics ( peppercorns, lemon and orange peels, cinnamon sticks, bayleaf, etc)
- 1 cup salt
Let brine a turkey!
1. Add salt to water and stir completely.
2. Add your aromatics
3. Place your turkey inside the pot or  put it in a plastic bag before putting inside the using cooler.
4. Make sure the turkey is fully submerged in the liquid.
5. Place is refrigerator and brine for 12-24 hours.

When ready, completely drain and dry your bird. Now it's time to cook!
